This 30 minute workout will help you improve overall fitness through 3 cardiovascular dance tracks to music. It will begin with our Strength & Stretch Pilates warm up, before moving on to 3 upbeat tracks to give you a great cardiovascular workout, all whilst having fun! It then finishes up with our Strength & Stretch Pilates cool down track.
You will benefit in terms of improved stamina, improved balance and flexibility, fortified posture, improved circulation, increased joint mobility, as well as an increased focus on breathing and mindfulness. You do not require any equipment for this work out, and you can enjoy it from the comfort of your own home.
Once you have purchased it, you can watch as many times as you like. We recommend you do this work out once a week, or more if you have the time, as well as combining it with our danceSing classes.
