Where do I update my credit card information?

Updating your payment information is simple! Just sign in to your ‘My Account’ and chose to update your personal or billing details under ‘Edit Profile’.

My payment failed, what do I do?

There may be a few things occurring if you receive a failed payment notice from danceSing.  The two most common reasons payment fail are due to insufficient funds, or banks may be the blocking payments due to a number of different reasons.

Here’s a few things you can do to try and reactivate your payments:

– If you believe your card does not have enough funds, or you need to change your credit card information, you can update your payment information in your ‘My Account’ section of the website. Simply sign in and chose to update your personal or billing details under ‘Edit Profile’.  Here you will be able to update your payment card information.

– If you know that your credit card is up to date with sufficient funds in the account, this is most likely an issue to take up with your bank. danceSing has no ability to approve payments that your bank has blocked or marked as “high risk”.  The most common reasons a bank may block a payment is because they don’t recognize these charges and disable the payments from going though. Another common reason revolves around international purchases, which your local bank may not recognize and block for security reasons.

If either of these issues occur, a quick call to your local bank can clear up any issues around these payments.

If you have any questions, just get in touch and we will be happy to try and advise.

Are there any membership age restrictions?

What ages do we want to promote?  Households can share an online membership and we encourage families to use the danceSing resources.  If exercising with a child, please assess the suitability of the exercise program first and consult with the child’s doctor or physician to confirm that they are physically fit to take part in danceSing On Demand. If at any time your child experiences pain, discomfort, dizziness or nausea, you should instruct them to slow down and stop exercising slowly. Again, then consult your child’s medical provider.
