I’m just starting my fitness journey, but I’m nervous I won’t be able to do the sessions?

There are sessions for all fitness levels and abilities. We recommended you consult your GP for a health overview before starting a new fitness journey.  Mention – First Steps To Fitness Guides plus contact us for guidance and recommendation.

How are the Live fitness sessions delivered?

Our Live sessions are delivered via our private Facebook group for members. When you become a member, you will be sent a welcome email with a direct link to the danceSing On Demand LIVE Members Facebook page. Please request to join and allow up to 24 hours for your request to be approved (typically this is done much sooner!).  You can also find our page by searching for the “danceSing On Demand LIVE Members” page on Facebook.  If your Facebook name is different to the one you have used to join danceSing, please get in touch at enquiries@dance-sing.uk to let us know to avoid any confusion and approval delay.  And should you miss any of our Live sessions, don’t worry, just catch up later.

I’m pregnant, can I still do danceSing workouts?

Safety is our number one priority, so we recommend that you seek the advice of your doctor or midwife as they have the best knowledge of your medical history. If you have the all-clear and are about to participate in a workout you could always get in touch so we can suggest some possible pregnancy modifications.

I’ve just had surgery/recovering from injury, can I still do danceSing workouts?

We recommend that you see a medical professional for a personal consultation before you do a danceSing workout. If you have the all-clear and are about to participate in a workout you could always get in touch so we can suggest some possible movement modifications and recommended sessions to support your recovery.

  2. Only you can know if you are in a suitable physical condition to safely perform this exercise program and follow the nutrition plan. If you have any doubt at all, consult your doctor or physician before you take part in danceSing On Demand to assess your physical suitability. Follow all safety instructions before and during this or any fitness plan.
  3. If at any time you feel pain, discomfort, dizziness or nausea, you should slow down and stop exercising slowly. Then consult your medical provider.
  4. If exercising with a child, please assess the suitability of the exercise program first and consult with the child’s doctor or physician to confirm that they are physically fit to take part in danceSing On Demand. If at any time your child experiences pain, discomfort, dizziness or nausea, you should instruct them to slow down and stop exercising slowly. Again, then consult your child’s medical provider.
  5. If you are pregnant or have any underlying or special medical conditions you must first consult a doctor or physician to seek medical advice and confirm you understand the risks, contraindications, and complications of using this programme.
