About Our Corporate Experiences

danceSing is an innovative health and wellbeing organisation dedicated to improving people’s lives physically, mentally, and emotionally through expert-led singing, fitness, and mind & body coaching sessions.

If you are an employer or education provider that invests in their staff, then danceSing is a great way to encourage people out from behind their screens, get them moving, and importantly having fun.

Our experiences are a great way to improve staff health and wellbeing, reduce stress, increase confidence, and encourage interaction and communication amongst co-workers.

Our Experiences are:

  • Bespoke and can be tailored to suit you and your group;
  • Sessions can vary in length, be run as a one-off,  or can delivered over a series of days or weeks;
  • Group size can vary from under 10, to over 100 depending upon experience type;
  • Every experience is led by one of our highly experienced danceSing Team coaches.

  1. Our Virtual Choir Projects: The Ultimate team project where you will be guided through a song of your choice covering different harmony parts.  Online music resources and full guidance on how to record and transfer files.  Let Team danceSing work their magic to mix all voices and visuals to transform your group into an amazing sounding choir.
  2. Our Vocal Training Workshops: An opportunity to understand in greater depth about how the voice works. These sessions are made up of breath work, vocal techniques and fun singing to strengthen and increase the range of your voice. This confidence boosting session will also develop your diction and voice projection.
  3. Our Dance Fitness Routines: Get up, get moving and get your groove on.  Experience the feel-good endorphins racing round your body as you dance to a wide variety of dance styles.  Our Dance Fitness sessions are fun and will leave you feeling uplifted and motivated.
  4. Our Pilates, Yoga and Ballet Barre Practices: Motivational fitness sessions from beginner to advanced focusing on strength, flexibility, improved posture, pain relief and improved breathing.  Get ready to feel great.
  5. Our Mind & Body Relaxation and Meditation Sessions: Focused mind and body awareness sessions designed to combat the effects of stress bringing calm and relaxation to your whole body.  Who doesn’t want that!
  6. Our unique fusion of the arts and fitness class: Our original wellbeing danceSing session.  Choir/singing followed by Dance Fitness. Sing yourself happier and dance yourself fitter.  Greater wellbeing guaranteed!  A real group pleaser.

Health Statement - Your Health & Wellbeing

  1. The danceSing On Demand programme is physically demanding. You must listen to your body and work at a level that is appropriate to your health and ability. Take breaks when needed and keep hydrated, ensure you have space to workout, clear of any objects, loose floor coverings, pets, children, other people, or equipment not currently in use.
  2. Only you can know if you are in a suitable physical condition to safely perform this exercise program and follow the nutrition plan. If you have any doubt at all, consult your doctor or physician before you take part in danceSing On Demand to assess your physical suitability. Follow all safety instructions before and during this or any fitness plan.
  3. If at any time you feel pain, discomfort, dizziness or nausea, you should slow down and stop exercising slowly. Then consult your medical provider.
  4. If exercising with a child, please assess the suitability of the exercise program first and consult with the child’s doctor or physician to confirm that they are physically fit to take part in danceSing On Demand. If at any time your child experiences pain, discomfort, dizziness or nausea, you should instruct them to slow down and stop exercising slowly. Again, then consult your child’s medical provider.
  5. If you are pregnant or have any underlying or special medical conditions you must first consult a doctor or physician to seek medical advice and confirm you understand the risks, contraindications, and complications of using this programme. Failure to do so could result in significant injury to you and others (including, if applicable, your unborn child).
