Strength and Stretch Pilates based exercise classes

NEW – Strength and Stretch Pilates based exercise class.

This  class will help you improve muscle strength and wellbeing through a combination of overall body strength and stretch exercises. You will benefit in terms of improved balance and flexibility, fortified posture, improved circulation, increased joint mobility, and an increased focus on breathing and mindfulness. No experience necessary, all are welcome!
