Be Part of Something

We bring together a unique fusion of arts and fitness classes, these are; danceSing, Big Sing Choir and Strength & Stretch Based Pilates.

danceSing (duration: 90 minutes)

Our unique fusion of the arts and fitness choir class: here we combine choir and dance (not at the same time!) with a 45 minute choir class followed by a 45 minute dance fitness class. Our class is suitable for all levels of fitness and no experience or audition is necessary. Here we work to increase and maintain your fitness level in a fun, relaxed and supportive community. We offer tailored advice to each individual and will encourage you to work at a fitness level that is appropriate to you.

Big Sing Choir (duration: 90 minutes)

Our uplifting choir class: here our professional Music Leader will teach you how to sing, focusing on posture, vocal exercises and having fun! This class is perfect as an extension of our danceSing membership, or simply as a stand alone class. Our Big Sing Choir is suitable for all levels and no experience or audition is necessary. You don’t need to have a fantastic singing voice or be able to read music, all we need is you and your willingness to learn.

Strength and Stretch Based Pilates (duration: 60 minutes)

Our Pilates based fitness class: here our professional Dance Leader will work on strength, flexibility and posture and this class is perfect as an extension of our danceSing membership, or simply as a stand alone class. Our workout is suitable for all levels of fitness and no experience necessary. Please bring your own fitness mat and we recommend comfy clothes for ease of movement, and water to keep you hydrated throughout the session.
